Zenpo John Grimes is a Soto Zen
priest in the San Francisco Zen
Center (SFZC)/Suzuki Roshi
lineage, ordained by Tenshin
Reb Anderson. He lived, worked
and practiced at SFZC's three
practice places for 19 years
including five years of monastic
training at Tassajara Zen
Mountain Center. He has resided
at Austin Zen Center since April
of 2007 where he is
administrative director and
makes monthly teaching visits
to San Antonio Zen Center.
